Thursday November 23, 2023 the FVASELB1788 will be hosting its 9th AGM at the Fort Vermilion Seniors’ Centre. Please join us to show continuous support to establish the Fort Vermilion and Area Seniors’ and Elders’ Lodge.
We start with Coffee & Donuts at 7:00 pm and begin the Annual General MeetingAlberta Societies Act: Annual general meeting (25) A society shall hold an annual general meeting in Alberta and shall present at that meeting a financial statement setting out its income, disbursements, assets and liabilities, audited and signed by the society’s auditor. Refer to the FVASELB1788 Bylaws for further information on its Annual general meeting. at 7:30 pm.
